2025 China International Industry Fair CNC Machine Tools and Metal Processing Exhibition (MWCS)

The China International Industry Fair (CIIE) is the earliest national industrial exhibition of its kind in China, having been established in 1999. This year marks its 25th edition, taking place from September 23 to 27, 2025, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, with an exhibition area of 300,000 square meters.

A key part of this event is the CNC Machine Tools and Metal Processing Exhibition (MWCS), which focuses on showcasing cutting-edge intelligent machine tools and metal processing technologies. The MWCS will cover an area of 80,000 square meters and is expected to host over 600 leading enterprises from the industry. The exhibition will be divided into three main zones: the Laser Processing and Sheet Metal Stamping Technology Zone, the Metal Cutting and Additive Manufacturing Technology Zone, and the Machine Tool Auxiliary Functional Components and Surrounding Products Zone, featuring advanced machines such as metal cutting machines, metal forming equipment, and specialized processing machinery.

Additionally, the event will attract professional audiences from diverse sectors, including automotive, mold making, industrial components, robotics, automation, electronics and communications, metal products, rail transport, aerospace, and more. The exhibition will also coincide with numerous high-level international conferences and forums focusing on themes such as innovation and emerging industries, smart connected vehicles, industrial internet, and robotics technology.
