In response to this market trend, the Liangzhilong 2026 Northeast Asia Food Ingredients E-commerce Festival is emerging, aiming to establish itself as the premier exhibition for China’s barbecue supply chain and focusing on the trillion-yuan barbecue industry that is currently experiencing counter-cyclical growth in Northeast China. The Liangzhilong 2026 Second Northeast Asia Food Ingredients E-commerce Festival and Second Barbecue Martial Arts Conference will be grandly held from September 9 to 11 at the Northeast Asia International Exhibition Center in Changchun, Jilin Province, with an expected exhibition area of 40,000 square meters, more than 60,000 professional visitors, and over 800 exhibitors, along with more than 10 exciting accompanying events.

Concurrent activities will include: the 2026 Second China Barbecue Martial Arts Conference, inviting top catering enterprises, chain brand founders, and purchasing decision-makers from across the country and regions to create a precise, efficient procurement environment that promotes deep dialogues and smart interactions across all links of the supply chain. Additionally, the inaugural Changchun Chef Festival and China Barbecue Culinary Skills Competition will focus on barbecue techniques to explore the features of various regional barbecue styles while promoting innovation and standardization within the industry.
