140th China Import and Export Fair (Phase 2) 2026

The China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, was founded in 1957 and is held every spring and autumn in Guangzhou. Over the past years, it has successfully hosted 138 sessions, making it the longest-running, largest scale, and widest variety trade fair in China, attracting the highest number of buyers from around the world. Each session sees close to 200,000 professional buyers from more than 200 countries, showcasing products across 16 categories including daily-use ceramics, home goods, kitchen equipment, bathroom facilities, furniture, and various construction and decoration materials. According to data from the 130th Fair held in 2021, domestic buyer invitations were significantly expanded, leading to a participation of over 600,000 people. During the online exhibition of the 132nd Fair in 2022, the official website recorded over 38 million visits and 510,000 registered foreign buyers, highlighting the Fair's strong international appeal.

To promote trade balance, the Fair has also set up an import exhibition, attracting over 15,000 overseas companies from more than 100 countries and regions. At this exhibition, international enterprises have the opportunity to expand their business in China and the global market. The newly established Area D of the Guangzhou Import and Export Fair venue will provide better service conditions for the import exhibition, facilitating the entry of more high-quality products into the Chinese market.
