2026 7th Jinan Good Catering Ingredients Exhibition and Shandong Meat Expo

The 2026 7th Jinan Good Catering Ingredients Exhibition and Shandong Meat Expo will grandly open from July 3 to 5 at the Shandong International Convention and Exhibition Center. This exhibition is co-organized by the Shandong Meat Industry Alliance, Shandong Meat Association, and other organizations, with strong support from renowned companies such as Yunyou Network Technology, Yanghe Co., Ltd., and Shandong Tianbo Food Ingredients. It is part of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's 2026 "Foodie's Season" initiative aimed at improving food quality and expanding demand.

Leveraging Shandong's solid foundation as a significant national meat production and consumption province, the expo integrates various resources along the entire meat supply chain, including meat products, hot pot ingredients, barbecue supplies, seasonings, and catering packaging equipment. The exhibition aims to create a professional platform for product display, industry exchanges, business procurement, and commercial cooperation. With multiple exhibition areas such as Prepared Dishes, Hot Pot Ingredients, Barbecue Supplies, and Catering Production Equipment, the event showcases a diverse range of ingredients and complementary equipment, facilitating the accurate market connection between premium meat products and specialty ingredients.

The Prepared Dishes area will feature various ready-made dishes and convenience food products. The Hot Pot area will include hot pot ingredients and equipment, while the Barbecue area will display barbecue supplies and machinery. The Frozen Foods and Meat Ingredients section will focus on frozen meats, poultry, seafood products, and dumplings. Additionally, there will be a Packaging and Production Equipment area highlighting various processing and packaging machinery, as well as new packaging materials, aimed at enhancing overall production efficiency and product quality in the catering industry.
