2026 Shanghai International Building Health Environment Expo

Driven by both policy and market demands, the construction industry is rapidly transitioning towards "healthy and livable" environments, making health-focused architecture a core area of development. This expo emphasizes the localization of WELL standards, enhancing their recognition and application within the industry, and promoting a trend of "global technology + local application", accelerating technological innovation.

The 2026 Shanghai International Building Health Environment Expo will take place from August 5 to 7, 2026, at the Shanghai Expo Exhibition Center. The exhibition is planned to cover an area of 20,000 square meters, with around 200 exhibitors expected, and over 20,000 professional visitors anticipated. The focus will be on four main application scenarios: business-to-residential conversion, health-oriented buildings (including hotels/nursing homes/residential), public buildings (hospitals/schools), and aging-friendly renovations. It will encompass six areas including air, water, light, sound environment, comfort, and aging-friendly renovations, aiming to create a one-stop trade platform for "scenario-based solutions + integrated technology products" in the building health environment sector.

Key technologies and products include:

1. **Air purification**: featuring air purifiers, fresh air systems, ventilation and exhaust equipment, formaldehyde removing coatings, photocatalytic purification materials, and monitoring devices.

2. **Building sound environment**: showcasing soundproof doors and windows, sound-absorbing flooring, acoustic panels, sound insulation materials, vibration dampers, noise control equipment, and smart acoustic control systems.

3. **Water systems**: including central water purification systems, drinking water machines, whole-house filtration systems, online water quality monitoring, disinfection devices, and water-saving and recycling fixtures.

4. **Comfort systems**: displaying the six constant systems (constant temperature/humidity/oxygen/cleanliness/quietness/intelligence), air source and ground source heat pump systems, and building automation systems.

5. **Lighting solutions**: offering sunshades, electric blinds, light-guiding systems, Low-E glasses, and smart lighting fixtures.

6. **Aging-friendly renovations**: comprehensive remodels for bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms, anti-slip materials, electric nursing beds, assistive sofas, fall alert systems, smart medicine boxes, and barrier-free facilities.

Through this exhibition, participants will gain insights into the latest trends and technologies in building health environments and enhance practical applications within the construction industry.
