2026 17th Wuhan International Tea Industry Expo

The 17th Wuhan International Tea Industry Expo will be held from April 24 to 27, 2026, at the Wuhan International Exhibition Center (Hankou Wuzhan). This event is co-hosted by the Shenzhen Tea Culture Promotion Association and the Shenzhen Huajucheng International Exhibition Group Co., Ltd., aiming to promote the development of the tea industry in Hubei Province. Hubei, as the hometown of the tea sage Lu Yu, has a rich tea culture and a significant tea market, historically known as one of the three major tea export ports in China and a major tea consumption province.

The expo will cover an area of 20,000 square meters with nearly 1,000 standard booths. Showcased will be six categories of tea: black tea, red tea, green tea, white tea, yellow tea, and oolong tea, highlighting well-known local specialties such as Yunnan Pu'er, Wuyi Rock Tea, and Huangshan Maofeng. Additionally, tea wares including purple clay, ceramics, and related handicrafts will be featured. The event will provide opportunities for tasting and showcasing, creating a platform for industry exchange and cooperation.

Special pavilions will include the Chinese Brands Pavilion, National Famous Teas Pavilion, and the Aesthetic Tea Ware Pavilion, with dedicated areas for tea culture activities and aesthetics. This multifaceted approach aims to accelerate the construction of Wuhan as the "Eastern Tea Port." It is anticipated that this expo will support the development of Hubei's trillion-yuan tea industry and promote the spread and growth of tea culture, offering a valuable opportunity for global tea enthusiasts and industry professionals to connect and collaborate. Representatives from renowned tea manufacturers, packaging companies, tea processing enterprises, and tea circulation businesses will showcase their latest products and technologies at the event.
