The 17th China (Guangzhou) International Integrated Housing Industry Expo & Building Industrialization Products and Equipment Exhibition 2025, commonly known as "Guangzhou Housing Expo," is one of the largest and most high-profile expos in the industry featuring cutting-edge technology. The expo focuses on global housing industry trends and integrates advanced technology with the residential industry to promote green development and practices in urban and rural construction, driving the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and injecting dynamism into building industrialization. It is often referred to as the “Canton Fair” in the field of prefabricated buildings.

The exhibition spans a wide range of products pertaining to prefabricated buildings, including precast concrete, steel, and wood structures. It also covers various integrated housing options, such as steel-wood, aluminum-wood structures, modular homes, and 3D-printed houses, as well as full decoration and interior industrialization products, including integrated bathrooms and kitchen systems.
