2026 18th China (Guangzhou) International Integrated Housing Industry Expo and Construction Industrialization Products and Equipment Exhibition

The Guangzhou Housing Expo is the leading international event representing the highest level of the prefabricated building industry in Guangdong Province. With the theme of 'Sustainable, Healthy, and Green,' the expo aims to help construction companies export their technologies and models to the world. It aims to provide a communication platform for exhibitors, investors, planners, builders, operators and buyers from both domestic and international markets. This year's event receives high attention from the Center for Science and Technology and Industrial Development of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, attracting almost 400 well-known domestic and foreign construction companies, prefabricated construction industrial bases, and representative architectural design companies to showcase advanced technologies and products.

The exhibition covers more than 130,000 square meters with nearly 8,000 exhibition booths and is expected to see over 200,000 exhibitors and visitors participate on-site. It will feature nearly 20 thematic summits and forums, along with 6 industry award and gala events, showcasing exemplary projects in real estate development, design and construction, cultural tourism, and digital displays.

Reflecting on the last 2025 expo, the 17th Guangzhou Housing Expo was themed around 'Smart Construction Leading the Industry,' 'Green Prefabrication Creating a Future,' and 'Intelligent Construction Nuturing the Future.' Gathering 532 industry-leading brands, it attracted 86,000 professional visitors, 21% of whom were international guests from 107 countries and regions. A total signing amount of 86.6 billion yuan was recorded, setting a new precedent.

Exhibition halls present cutting-edge achievements in the housing industry, including green prefabricated housing, MiC modular construction, and whole-house intelligent systems, greatly enhancing the sustainability and adaptability of buildings. Targeted displays demonstrate how smart construction can significantly improve construction efficiency and showcase breakthroughs in the application of new technologies and materials. Additionally, showcasing passive houses, intelligent systems, and components for industrialized construction, the expo focuses on solutions related to green materials and energy-efficient buildings.

The event supports enhancing the international competitiveness of the Chinese construction industry while providing solutions for rural revitalization, cultural tourism upgrades, and urban renewal. The expo also strongly promotes the Belt and Road Initiative, highlighting the successful implementation of landmark projects like Egypt’s New Administrative Capital and Malaysia’s Innovate.
