2025 3rd China (Wuhan) Sanitation Facilities and Equipment and Urban Management Technology and Equipment Expo

With the continuous expansion of urban scale and enhancement of functions, the demand for efficient and intelligent urban management technologies and equipment is increasing. Several policies have been implemented by Hubei Province and Wuhan City to promote the development of urban management technologies and equipment. In particular, in the sanitation sector, Hubei Province aims to upgrade and replace 6,000 sanitation facilities and equipment by 2027, and a joint plan has been issued by various departments to clarify the updates and goals. These measures aim to facilitate provincial, municipal, and county coordination, guide diversified investments, and enhance supply-demand matching, providing strong policy support for the development of urban management technology and equipment market in Hubei Province.

The 2025 3rd China (Wuhan) Sanitation Facilities and Equipment and Urban Management Technology and Equipment Expo will be grandly held from October 10 to 12, 2025, at the Wuhan International Expo Center, guided by the Hubei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and organized by the Hubei Urban Management Research Association, Wuhan Environmental Hygiene Association, and Hubei Exhibition Economic Development Promotion Association. The expo is themed “Smart Urban Management, Digital Sanitation Leading High-End Industry Upgrade, Accelerating the Rise of Central China,” aimed at utilizing the exhibition to promote urban renewal actions and fully showcasing the new technologies, products, and ideas in urban management areas such as city appearance sanitation, municipal facilities, water supply and drainage, urban lighting, gas safety, and landscaping maintenance.

During the expo, there will be several concurrent events including the Central South Six Provinces (Regions) Sanitation Annual Meeting, Sanitation Workers’ Day Labor Competition, Hubei Province Waste Treatment Summit Forum, Waste Classification Training, Sanitation Vehicle Roadshow, and industry annual meetings. These activities will leverage Wuhan’s position as a “Hub of Nine Provinces,” focusing on Central China while radiating to the national sanitation industry market, increasing publicity efforts, and creating more opportunities for guests, exhibitors, and visitors to engage and trade.

The expo is expected to cover an exhibition area of 30,000 square meters, attracting over 400 domestic and foreign enterprises and welcoming more than 50,000 professional visitors.

Exhibition areas include:
1. Urban Appearance Sanitation and Cleaning Exhibition Area
- Sanitation Vehicles and Comprehensive Equipment: showcasing urban road sweeping vehicles, landscaping cleaning robots, and dust suppression equipment, etc.
- Cleaning Equipment and Sanitation Parts: high-pressure cleaning machines, municipal drainage equipment, and cleaning products.
- Backstreet Cleaning Vehicles: cleaning equipment and electric sanitation vehicles.
- Waste Classification and Smart Sanitation: smart garbage collection bins, classification bins, and waste monitoring management systems.
- Kitchen and Construction Waste Processing: harmless treatment and organic waste composting equipment.

2. Municipal Engineering Construction Equipment Exhibition Area: showcasing various municipal facilities, landscape lighting, landscaping machinery, and urban road construction.

3. Urban Water Supply and Drainage Pipeline Pump and Valve Equipment Technologies: including equipment for supply and drainage and subsequent monitoring.

4. Urban Lighting and Enhancement Equipment Display: smart lamp-posts and landscape lighting control devices.

5. Gas Industry Products and Technologies: gas automation controls and related equipment.

This expo will serve as a platform to display new industry technologies and concepts, promote communication and cooperation within the industry, and advance the modernization process of urban management.
