The 2025 5th Xiamen International Energy Storage and Charging Industry Expo and South China Energy Storage and Charging Supply Chain Conference will be held in the beautiful city of Xiamen in 2025. This exhibition aims to respond to the global climate change and carbon neutrality call, showcasing the latest developments and innovations in energy storage, charging, and new energy technologies within the clean energy system. With President Xi Jinping reaffirming China's carbon neutrality goals at the United Nations General Assembly, the development of photovoltaics is central to the country's energy transition.
As of the end of 2019, China's cumulative installed capacity for photovoltaic power generation had reached 204.3GW, ranking first in the world for five consecutive years. The expo will showcase various technologies related to the photovoltaic industry, including solar energy photovoltaic manufacturing equipment, innovative products like crystalline silicon, thin film, glass, and backing sheets, as well as inverters, mounts, and tracking systems.
Additionally, energy storage system technologies, products, and innovations in smart grids are key themes of this exhibition. Notably, BIPV (Building-Integrated Photovoltaics) technology exemplifies the perfect integration of photovoltaics and green buildings, serving as an important direction for promoting sustainable development. Against the backdrop of national energy saving and emissions reduction, the expo will focus on how to increase land efficiency and innovate photovoltaic product development models, facilitating the integration of photovoltaics with agriculture, transportation, buildings, and other sectors.
The event also welcomes international companies in the new energy vehicle sector to showcase designs, components, and power drive systems.
