2025 6th Guangzhou International Smart Property Expo

The Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Ni Hong, has underscored the need for significant improvements in property services to make life more convenient and comfortable for the public. As a foundational community service unit, property management is a crucial entry point for social governance. With multiple driving factors like favorable policies, capital investments, and technological upgrades, the property management sector is showcasing vibrant growth and unlimited potential.

The SPM Guangzhou Expo, as the only successful and continuously held exhibition in the property management service industry in China, has successfully hosted four sessions since 2020. The quality of the exhibition has been steadily improving, effectively linking property associations and related real estate associations from over 50 provinces and cities nationwide, facilitating cooperative supply and demand, and achieving substantial economic and social benefits, thus becoming a shining emblem of China’s property management industry.
