The exhibition will be themed "Taste World Red Wine, Enjoy the Wonderful Life of Wine" and is set to take place in Shanghai in 2025 as the 16th International High-End Wine and Spirits Exhibition. This event aims to provide a global platform for professionals in the wine industry to showcase and communicate. Since its inception in 2010, the exhibition has gathered resources from over 90 international wine production organizations and established connections with more than 30,000 wineries and importers, attracting nearly 100,000 distributors. Previous exhibitions have drawn nearly 5,000 companies from over 50 countries, including France, Spain, Italy, Australia, the USA, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Argentina, South Africa, Chile, and Georgia, with an exhibition area reaching 250,000 square meters, of which 68% is occupied by foreign wineries.

The event will host multiple activities, including the 'Belt and Road Wine Competition' to encourage extensive participation across society, showcasing the charm and culture of wine. Five-star hotel chefs will be invited for culinary pairings to enhance the wine tasting experience for attendees. Additionally, there will be tastings featuring renowned wineries from various countries, gathering a selection of high-end wines, and inviting national food and wine distributors, agents, and group buying units to participate, aiming to be an essential platform for connecting the industry with consumers.

It is projected that by 2026, the Chinese wine market will reach a scale of 462.4 billion yuan, with a compound annual growth rate of 11.5%. With China currently being the fifth-largest wine consumer market in the world, the potential for wine consumption in the country is considerable. Focusing on high-end wines, the exhibition aims to attract more buyers and participants to promote high-quality wine consumption and production. With a fresh perspective and standard service, the exhibition will assist buyers in establishing efficient and comprehensive partnerships with wineries so that every participating enterprise and buyer can return with fruitful outcomes. Moreover, participating enterprises can showcase their latest products and brand image to further expand their market and consumer base.
