16th Guangzhou Hotel and Catering Industry Expo 2025

The 16th Guangzhou Hotel and Catering Industry Expo (CRE) serves as a benchmark for the restaurant supply chain in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This expo focuses on developing the restaurant market in southern China, providing a specialized platform for distribution and procurement while exploring low-cost products to seek new opportunities. Scheduled from May 15-17, 2025, at the B District of the Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center, this event invites quality enterprises from around the globe to revisit the culinary capital, Guangzhou.

With an exhibition area exceeding 80,000 square meters, CRE is themed as the 'first expo' for the southern restaurant industry. The event will feature nearly 30 concurrent forums and competitions, bringing together over 2,000 brand exhibitors while showcasing nine thematic display areas that cover the entire food service industry chain. It aims to provide one-stop procurement solutions for the hotel and catering sector.
