The China (Beijing) International Tea and Tea Art Expo was founded in 2011 and is an annual event approved by the Ministry of Commerce and organized by the China Agricultural International Cooperation Promotion Association. Held at the National Agricultural Exhibition Center in Beijing, this expo has now become the largest spring tea display platform in northern China and is one of the must-attend tea exhibitions.

Since its inception in 2011, the exhibition area of the Beijing Tea Expo has rapidly expanded from 4,000 square meters to 26,000 square meters in 2022, demonstrating the vigorous development of tea culture and the increasing vibrancy of the market. The expo aims to gather outstanding tea enterprises and regional public brands nationwide, providing a high-quality platform for industry professionals and consumers to appreciate and exchange ideas.

In August 2023, the 15th edition of the Tea Expo attracted 43,477 visitors, featuring over 500 well-known tea brands such as Enshi Yulu, Lichuan Red, and Guangdong Yinghong, showcasing a rich diversity of tea products. Additionally, the expo offered various cultural activities, allowing visitors to not only taste high-quality tea from home and abroad but also to gain deep insights into the diversity of tea culture.

The Beijing Tea Expo emphasizes cultural integration and heritage, displaying the six major types of tea: green tea, black tea, yellow tea, white tea, oolong tea (青茶), and dark tea. Each of these tea types carries its own unique characteristics, symbolizing the long-standing tea culture of China. Furthermore, the expo features related products covering revitalized tea varieties, tea packaging, tea processing technologies, and tea utensils, attracting numerous tea-related enterprises and professional visitors.

During the event, organizers will also provide multiple benefits and activities to further enrich the visitor experience. Whether you're a tea enthusiast or a professional buyer, you can find the ideal tea leaves and utensils here, experiencing the profound connection between tea and life. The upcoming 17th Tea Expo in 2025 is set to elevate this grand event to new heights.
