Bozhou Chinese Medicine Exchange

Bozhou Chinese Medicine Exchange was established in December 2014 and is a global bulk Chinese medicinal materials spot trading platform approved by the People's Government of Anhui Province and built and operated by the A-share listed pharmaceutical company Zhenbao Island Pharmaceutical.

In 2019, the Bozhou Chinese Medicine Exchange opened, pioneering the "platform + entity" smart medicinal market operation model. The trading center uses a business model of "Chinese medicinal materials + Internet + warehousing logistics + quality inspection traceability + financial services + information services," innovatively creating a platform business system with "one center (physical trading center), two platforms (e-commerce platform, electronic trading platform), three markets (Shennong Warehouse, Shennong Valley Chinese Medicine Trading Park, Shennong Valley International Spice Professional Market), and four supporting facilities (warehousing logistics platform, quality inspection traceability platform, financial service platform, and information service platform). It forms an industrial ecosystem cluster for Chinese medicinal materials, with N+50 origin processing, e-commerce platforms, electronic trading platforms, spot markets, medicinal materials operation, and spice operation as the main components.

The trading hall is part of the National Processing Trade Industrial Park, covering 220 acres with a total building area of 120,000 square meters. It includes a cultural and tourism area, e-commerce demonstration interactive area, direct sales area for bulk products from production areas (Shennong Warehouse), an imported supermarket direct sales area (Spice Valley), and a specialty area for spices (Spice Street). The nearly 80,000 square meters Chinese medicinal materials trading park complements the trading hall, with dedicated areas for single-product specialty streets, multi-variety spot trading areas, and herbal medicinal materials trading areas. Nearly 10,000 interconnected shops provide an all-weather trading space for thousands of pharmaceutical companies and tens of thousands of pharmaceutical merchants for sample display and interactive experiences.

The trading center adheres to the development philosophy of cooperation and win-win, platform sharing. It is based on the full industrial chain of Chinese medicinal materials, deeply integrated into the major production areas of Chinese medicinal materials across the country, and covers 95% of China's medicinal material production areas with an "N+50" industrial resource system. With the "Six Unifications" operational model — "unified quality inspection, unified warehousing, unified packaging, unified purchasing and selling, unified settlement, unified management" — the center builds a new trading system, warehousing logistics system, quality inspection system, financial service system, big data information service for Chinese medicinal materials, and a full industry chain traceability system that combines online and offline services.
