The previous expo in 2025 featured the main themes "Digitized Construction Leads Industry", "Green Assembly Builds a Smart Future", and "Intelligent Construction Shapes the Future" attracting 532 global leading brands and achieving a record signing amount of 86.6 billion Yuan, setting a new benchmark for attendance. The exhibition highlighted recent advancements in the housing industry, showcasing green prefabricated homes utilizing eco-friendly materials and efficient construction techniques that remarkably shorten construction cycles, while intelligent construction systems enhance operational efficiency and management throughout the life cycle of buildings.

Key highlights of this year's exhibition include the promotion of intelligent construction technology and the demonstration of construction robots, aimed at achieving a 30% increase in efficiency through various exhibits and live demonstrations. The expo will also explore collaborative models between the global market and Chinese construction, contributing to infrastructure development in countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.
