2026 Yunnan International Coffee Exhibition

The 2026 Yunnan International Coffee Exhibition will be held at the Kunming Dianchi International Exhibition Center Hall 4 on September 18-19, 2026. This exhibition will blend two core experiences: a professional competition featuring top coffee masters and an accessible taste interaction for everyone, deeply integrating the unique characteristics of Yunnan's specialty coffee and edible flowers. The event aims to create an immersive leisure fair that combines event observation, free coffee tasting, and floral artistry.

Yunnan is a core coffee growing region in China, boasting abundant local edible flower resources, yet the current market offerings of floral coffees are quite limited, making it difficult to appreciate the true quality of local agricultural products.

During the exhibition, several concurrent events will take place, including the Professional Creative Hand Brew Championship on September 18. This invitation-only competition will feature 20 past champions from both domestic and international coffee contests, alongside a cross-disciplinary judging panel of international and national experts. The innovative competition rules stipulate that all beverages must be made from locally sourced Yunnan coffee beans, paired with edible flowers or teas from Yunnan, and prohibit industrial flavors and synthetic syrups, relying solely on original ingredients to highlight the natural coffee flavors.

On September 19, the popular interest competition will be held, open to all coffee enthusiasts without any professional qualification or prior knowledge necessary. A total of 60 spots will be available for participants. All competition beans will come from different regions of Yunnan, showcasing various processing methods, allowing participants and spectators to experience the diverse flavors of Yunnan coffee intimately. The competition will utilize a tiered challenge format over three rounds, including taste recognition, one-on-one matches, and a Yunnan flavor blind box, progressively filtering through fun challenges to determine the ultimate winner.
