38th China (Zhengzhou) International Wine and Food Trade Fair 2026

The 38th China (Zhengzhou) International Wine and Food Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as "Zhengzhou Wine and Food Fair") will be grandly held from August 13 to 15, 2026, at the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. As a benchmark event in the central region, the Zhengzhou Wine and Food Fair has been rooted in Central Plains for 19 years, aiming to provide a platform for the high-quality development of the wine and food industry.

This year's fair focuses on the theme of "Quality wins the market, Innovation wins the future," closely aligning with the trends of consumption upgrades and industrial innovation, gathering industry resources to help enterprises seize strategic opportunities in the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan. The exhibition area of 55,000 square meters incorporates a comprehensive upgrade of the exhibition zones, focusing on various sectors such as the Traditional Liquor Area, which showcases a collection of baijiu, vintage wines, and other core products; the Health and Wellness Drinks Area to cater to the trend of "healthy drinking;" a newly created Coffee and Tea Area featuring all kinds of beverages favored by young people; the Snacks and Gift Food Area addressing both daily consumption and festive gifting needs; the Craft Beer Area meeting the diverse taste preferences of younger consumers; a Fine Beverage Area displaying a full range of health drinks; and Packaging and Equipment Areas showcasing the latest industrial technology and products, thus enabling effective connectivity from production to sales. The previous fair in 2023 successfully attracted 77,455 professional visitors, achieving an intended cooperation amount of 578 million yuan, with a total transaction amount exceeding 220 million yuan. Every piece of data, every negotiation, and every transaction injects vitality into the industry and renews confidence.
