The 114th National Sugar and Wine Commodity Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as the "Sugar and Wine Fair") is set to take place from March 26 to 28, 2026, in Chengdu. This year’s event will adopt a "One City, Two Venues" model, held at the China West International Expo City and the Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center, aiming to provide precise coverage of the entire industry chain of food and beverages.
The two major exhibition halls have clear functional focuses and complementary positioning. The Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center will center on the liquor and beverage sector, transforming it into a "Brand Arena" with four major exhibition areas: Chinese famous wines, international wines and spirits, beverages and dairy products, and wine packaging and supply chains. This trendy area will be the core platform for liquor brands to showcase their strengths and connect with distributors, with Hall 2-5 designated as the “C-position stage” for the spirits industry, gathering leading enterprises and potential brands.
Meanwhile, the China West International Expo City is positioned as the "Innovation Hub" for the food industry, featuring zones for snacks, international foods, green agriculture, and specialty foods. Additionally, a spice and ingredient area on the second floor will showcase basic seasonings, compound seasonings, spices, and food ingredients, providing one-stop procurement solutions for the catering, food processing, and pre-prepared meal industries.
This year's Sugar and Wine Fair will also host several meetings such as the "Own Brand Selection Conference" and the "Private Domain New Channel Selection Conference" at the China West International Expo City to facilitate precise connections between exhibitors and buyers, enabling efficient sourcing of quality products and comprehensive customization of own brands, while extending resources to emerging channels such as private domain e-commerce.
Premium exhibition spaces will cover multiple categories, benefiting from category advantages and foot traffic in the main passage, becoming a prime location for connecting with major supermarkets, cross-border e-commerce, snack chains, and other targeted buyers. To further broaden the exhibit categories and meet diverse industry demands, this fair will feature 12 major exhibition areas and 26 special zones, continuing on from previous editions with innovative setups like the New Forces in Beverages, Beer and Low Degree Alcohol, Tea and Coffee Experiences, Health Foods and Technological Services, time-honored brands, e-commerce zones, Yellow Wine and Health Wine areas, along with the featured section “Peach Blossom Blooming - Hundreds of Counties, Thousands of Quality Products, and Families of Fortune.” Notably, the “Own Brand Zone,” “Food Supply Chain and Ingredient Zone,” “Hot Pot and Dining Ingredients Zone,” “Alcohol Supply Chain and Ingredients Zone,” and “Yellow Wine and Health Wine Zone” are being set up for the first time in the history of the Sugar and Wine Fair, enhancing the panoramic layout of the industry chain from upstream to downstream. The “Peach Blossom Blooming” section will be established for the third consecutive time, continuously providing a platform for displaying and showcasing high-quality agricultural and sideline products nationwide.
As one of the oldest and largest professional exhibitions in China, the Sugar and Wine Fair serves as an economic link that promotes supply and demand matching and leads consumption upgrades. In recent years, the fair has transformed from a single exhibition to an all-inclusive industry chain ecological platform through the new model of “exhibition city integration,” playing an irreplaceable role in smoothing economic circulation, promoting consumption expansion, and advancing high-level openness. In the 2025 Spring Sugar Season, it hosted 213 promotional activities, effectively driving explosive growth in the consumption industry of the host city.
