2025 (27th) China International Mining Conference

The China International Mining Conference and Exhibition (referred to as "the Conference") has been held annually since 1999 and is recognized as one of the world's premier mining events, having successfully hosted 26 editions to date. To enhance the understanding and adoption of Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, to promptly follow up on the Party Central Committee's guidance, and to create an important diplomatic platform for mineral resources that supports the Belt and Road Initiative and the construction of a shared future for mankind, the China Mining Association is set to hold the 2025 (27th) China International Mining Conference in Tianjin from October 23 to 25, 2025.

The Conference will consist of forums, exhibitions, and accompanying activities. The forum portion includes a theme forum, high-level forum, special topic forums, and promotional sessions. The theme forum will focus on the Conference theme "Interconnection and Shared Development," spotlighting leading trends and core issues in global mining development, with invited speeches from representatives of international macroeconomics, domestic and foreign mining entrepreneurs, and international mining organizations. The high-level forum will include an international ministerial forum and a geology cooperation forum under the Belt and Road Initiative, while the special topic forums will cover a range of critical issues, including ecological restoration, new technologies, and mining laws.

Simultaneously, the 2025 Mining Machinery and Equipment Expo will be showcased on October 24 and 25, free for professional visitors. The exhibition areas will include indoor and outdoor spaces, featuring segments like smart mining, geological survey/exploration equipment, mining and metallurgy operations, and green mining initiatives to highlight the latest technologies within the industry.

In addition, key activities such as the opening ceremony, dialogue between Chinese and foreign mining ministers, and networking events will facilitate in-depth discussions around mining strategies and sustainable development on a global scale.
