The 7th China Forest Food Fair (referred to as Meihe Forest Fair) will be held from April 28 to 30, 2025, in Shanghai. The theme of this year’s fair is "New Engine for Forest Food, Green Power for the Economy," aiming to create a comprehensive platform that integrates cutting-edge displays, deep communication, and efficient trading to support the sustainable development of the forest food industry.

In the context of global focus on ecological protection and sustainable development, the forestry industry increasingly becomes a core component of the green economy. China is firmly practicing green concepts, with the forestry industry serving as a key pillar for achieving a symbiotic ecological economy and common prosperity. This year’s fair will fully showcase the achievements in forestry development, particularly its vital role in promoting rural revitalization and facilitating high-quality development.

The event is expected to host over 500 exhibitors and attract more than 20,000 professional visitors. The exhibition covers multiple thematic areas, including forest medicinal materials, camellia and woody oil, forest foods, and bamboo industry, highlighting the enhancement of forest food quality and brand building. Exhibited products will include forest edible plants, oils, grains, nuts, mushrooms, and various natural beverages, showcasing the entire supply chain from source to end.

At the same time, the fair will promote a close integration between ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization, enhance the synergy of the forestry industry chain, and aim to increase farmers' incomes, accelerating the development of the "under-forest economy," providing higher quality green food and services to the general public.

The Meihe Forest Fair is not only an important platform for showcasing achievements in forestry ecological civilization but also an effective engine for promoting regional economic growth and common prosperity, injecting new vitality to achieve a win-win situation between ecological protection and economic development, thus bringing high-quality forest foods into homes.
