2026 29th China Baking Exhibition (Guangzhou)

The China Baking Exhibition is a pioneering event in the professional baking sector in China and has become a vital gathering for the industry. In 2021, the exhibition formed a strategic partnership with Informa Group, leading to a deep integration of market resources across baking, catering, and food industries, creating a collaborative platform covering innovation chains, industry chains, and talent chains. The display encompasses five main segments: exhibitions, conferences, competitions, shows, and markets to provide participating companies a comprehensive platform for showcasing their products and technologies.

The year 2026 marks the 30th anniversary of high-quality development in China's baking industry. As the first major "Baking +" event of the year for the sector, this exhibition will host a series of celebration activities commemorating the 30th anniversary of high-quality development in Chinese baking, showcasing the remarkable achievements and innovative breakthrough of the baking industry over thirty years.

This edition of the exhibition will once again join forces with HOTELEX Hotel and Catering Exhibition and Gife Franchise Exhibition, creating a broader exchange and service platform for upstream and downstream enterprises in the Chinese baking and food & beverage industry.
