HOTELEX 2026, the 34th Shanghai International Hotel and Catering Industry Expo, will be grandly held from March 30 to April 2, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Hongqiao, Shanghai. The expo will cover a range of hot sectors including catering equipment, tabletop supplies, food and beverages, coffee and tea, baking and ice cream, light meals and wines, food machinery, food packaging and machinery, and franchising. Its aim is to create a more open and efficient communication platform for global hotel and catering professionals. Concurrently, it will also integrate high-quality resources from the upstream and downstream industries of cultural tourism, hotels, catering, retail, shipping, and health, launching the "Big City·Great Situation·Big Future" 2025 Shanghai Tourism Industry Expo. This will shape a combined exhibition for tourism, catering, and hotels, encompassing all elements of the industry including eating, accommodation, transportation, travel, shopping, and entertainment. Spanning over 700,000 square meters, the event will feature two venues, Pudong and Puxi, with over 5000 exhibitors expected to gather in Shanghai, attracting approximately 400,000 professional visitors—truly a one-stop global spring procurement platform. Additionally, the event will showcase over 80 concurrent activities, providing rich channels for industry communication and resources, facilitating industry development and collaboration, and collectively embracing new opportunities and challenges for the coming year.
