2026 China Western Semiconductor and Integrated Circuit Industry Expo, 2026 China (Xi'an) Electronic Information Expo

The 2026 4th China Western Semiconductor and Integrated Circuit Industry Expo and the "Two Chains" Integration Innovation Development Forum will be grandly held at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 3 to 5, 2026. Since the beginning of the "14th Five-Year Plan", Shaanxi Province has firmly used innovation as the driving force to lead industrial upgrades, striving to create a modern industrial system. Based on the ambitious blueprint outlined in the "Suggestions of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the 2035 Vision Goals", Shaanxi is accelerating the construction of a national significant advanced manufacturing base and a new high ground for the integrated circuit industry. By building the Guanzhong Advanced Manufacturing Corridor and implementing the "Chain Leader System", Shaanxi is deeply promoting the supplement, strengthening, and extension of key industrial chains such as semiconductors and integrated circuits, significantly enhancing the industrial agglomeration effect and core competitiveness of the province. With strong support from top-level design, the semiconductor industry in Shaanxi has achieved leapfrog development. Centered in Xi'an, the province has gathered over 200 semiconductor enterprises and research institutions, and the scale of practitioners continues to expand, forming a complete industrial chain ecosystem from semiconductor equipment, materials, design, manufacturing, packaging testing to system applications. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the output value of the electronic information manufacturing industry and the income of software and information technology services in the province gradually approach the expected goals, with continued improvement in the advanced level of industrial foundation and modernization of the industrial chain. Relying on high-level innovation platforms such as the Aerospace Power Research Institute, Optoelectronic Leading Technology Research Institute, Semiconductor Leading Technology Center, National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Center, and Western Science and Technology Innovation Port, Shaanxi has made key technological breakthroughs and industrialization achievements in cutting-edge fields such as advanced semiconductors, photon industries, and aerospace electronics. Entering the new phase of the "15th Five-Year Plan", the global semiconductor industry landscape is undergoing profound changes, with technological innovation and supply chain security becoming core issues. Shaanxi seizes historical opportunities, focusing on developing new qualitative productive forces, driving high-end, intelligent, and green transformations with cutting-edge technologies. The third-generation semiconductors (SiC/GaN), advanced packaging, chiplets, high-performance computing, AI chips, automotive electronics, satellite applications become new growth poles for the industry. At the same time, with the in-depth implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan for Digital Economy Development in Shaanxi Province", the province's digital infrastructure is continually improving, with the number of 5G base stations, gigabit optical networks, and data center computing power all ranking among the top in the country, providing rich application scenarios and innovative soil for the semiconductor and electronic information industries. Against this backdrop, the 2026 4th China Western Semiconductor and Integrated Circuit Industry Expo and China (Xi'an) Electronic Information Expo will continue with the theme of "Chips Drive the West, Intelligence Enjoys the Future", guided by the Shaanxi Province Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and other units. The China Communications Industry Association is the organizer, with strong assistance from various industry associations across the country. This session aims to display the latest technologies and products in the semiconductor industrial chain at home and abroad, hosting a series of activities such as high-level forums, technical seminars, industry investment connectivity, and the "Two Chains" Integration Innovation Forum. It aims to create a national-level exchange and cooperation platform to promote deep integration of industry-university-research-use, push for coordinated development of industrial and supply chains, and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the semiconductor and electronic information industries in Shaanxi Province and the western region. The last exhibition covered an area of 32,000 square meters, with 870 exhibiting companies, 56,000 professional visitors, and over 320 group visits, featuring prominent exhibitors such as Northern Huachuang, Huawei, Suzhou Tianzhun, Weishi Semiconductor, 11th Research Institute, Han's Laser, ZTE AiEr, GuangSai, HighMeasure Co., HuaQiu Electronics, Shanghai Huali, RiLian, Focus, Qiangda, Yingchuangli, Jinshengyang, Jingjie Electronics, Northwest Metal, Zhongdian 2nd Institute, China Electronics Science and Technology 33rd Institute, Jinggong, Manxin Electronics, Tektronix China, Shance, Hongqi Chip, and other well-known representatives in the RISC-V field. To further strengthen the forward-looking guiding role, the exhibition will coincide with more than 15 high-standard summits, gathering analysts, business leaders, and technical experts to provide the industry with a future development blueprint through "data prediction + trend interpretation + technical discussion".
