The 21st Asia Print Technology and Consumables Exhibition 2026

To better promote the continuous prosperity of the printer, office equipment, and consumables industry, and in response to the demands of many domestic and foreign professional buyers and exhibitors, the organizing committee of the Asia Print Exhibition has decided that the 21st Asia Print Exhibition will be held from April 18-20, 2026, at the Zhuhai International Exhibition Center. The exhibition is planned to cover an area of 20,000 square meters and is expected to attract over 450 exhibiting companies and 20,000 professional visitors from home and abroad.

This 21st Asia Print Exhibition in Zhuhai is supported by several industry associations, including the Shanghai Computer Industry Association, Guangzhou Office Consumables Industry Association, Guangzhou Modern Office Equipment Industry Chamber of Commerce, Shenzhen Office Equipment Rental Industry Association, Zhuhai Printing Equipment and Consumables Industry Association, Zhuhai Import and Export Chamber of Commerce Copiers Technology and Consumables Branch, and Zhongshan Office Consumables Industry Association. The exhibition is organized by Longpinxi Exhibition, with Longpinxi Asia Print Exhibition as the contractor and Asia Print Office as a co-organizer.

Founded in 2004 in Shanghai, the Asia Print Exhibition has held 20 successful editions to date, with the first 17 editions being held continuously in Shanghai. The 18th and 19th editions will be held in Shenzhen and Zhuhai in 2023 and 2024, respectively. The 20th edition is scheduled for May 16-18, 2025, in Zhuhai, and the 21st edition in 2026 is anticipated to attract even more professional buyers and visitors for guidance, communication, and transactions, aiming for a collaborative exploration of the future of printing technology with professionals from various fields.

The exhibition will showcase a variety of equipment and consumables, including printers, copiers, digital printing, and label printing devices; consumables such as ink cartridges, toner cartridges, ribbons, inks, powders, and papers; as well as key components like chips, photosensitive drums, roller films, cores, and printheads. Additionally, the exhibition will focus on 3D printing, featuring 3D printers, 3D printing consumables, technology, and services.
