The 35th HCC Global Catering Industry Expo and the 2026 China Catering Industry Festival

From March 24 to 26, 2026, the Hangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center in China will host the annual event of the catering industry - the 2026 China Catering Industry Festival and the 35th HCC Global Catering Industry Expo (Red Catering Conference Exhibition Section). Organized by the World Federation of Chinese Catering and Hongcan Network, this exhibition emphasizes 'win-win' as its core, aiming to build a high-quality exchange and cooperation platform for the catering industry. The event focuses on the entire catering industry chain by showcasing new products, enabling resource connections, and providing trend insights, serving as a bridge among brands, suppliers, service providers, and investors.

The range of exhibits will focus on core needs within the catering industry chain and will showcase high-quality categories such as compound seasonings, pre-prepared dishes, specialty ingredients, digital catering tools, packaging equipment, store operation systems, and catering design services. The exhibition will cover the entire supply chain from food ingredient supply to store operations, featuring over 100 well-known catering companies, including leading chain brands and regional specialty brands, to realize a 'one-stop shop for goods, selection, and cooperation.'

Additionally, the event will present a rich array of food material supply chains, including pre-prepared dishes, cereals and oils, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat, poultry, seafood, and beverages. It will also showcase a wide range of basic and compound seasonings, including salty, sweet, sour, fresh, and spicy flavors, spices and fats, hot pot seasoning bases, as well as seasonings for baking and desserts.

The exhibition will also feature various kitchen appliances and consumable supplies, including intelligent robots, processing equipment, refrigeration and cooking equipment, front-of-house service equipment, cleaning and disinfection equipment, and more. Notably, the expo will encompass supportive services for the catering industry, such as industrial parks, warehousing and distribution, cold chain logistics, central kitchens, as well as digital services.

During the exhibition, several high-quality supporting activities will be held. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the 2026 China Catering Industry Conference (industry trend interpretations), topic forums focused on specific catering subsectors (e.g., fast food, barbecue development), the third Fashion Feast and 2026 Trendsetter Product Launch (premiere of innovative products), and various supply and demand matchmaking meetings. Other events include the third China Catering Leaders Strategic Closed-Door Meeting and a series of private sharing meetings under the 'China Catering Empowerment Program,' totaling over 20 engaging activities.

The exhibition is expected to attract over 20,000 visitors and 200+ exhibitors, with an exhibition area of over 20,000 square meters.
