The China International Bakery Exhibition (Bakery China) is a significant industry event co-hosted by the China Association of Bakery and Confectionery Industry and Beijing Bakery Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. Since its inception in 1997, the exhibition has become an annual event covering the entire supply chain of the bakery industry. The 2026 28th China International Bakery Exhibition will take place from May 20 to 23, 2026, at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center (No. 333 Songze Avenue, Shanghai).
Designed to provide a comprehensive platform for trade connections, industry exchanges, business cooperation, and trend insights, this exhibition attracts professionals from various sectors of the baking industry. The range of exhibits is extensive, covering baking raw materials and finished products, grain and oil products, baking additives, preservatives, baking equipment, production facilities, and research and development in baking technology.
