2026 Huashi Exhibition (Shanghai)

The Huashi Exhibition is organized by Huamo Group and Shanghai Huahao Exhibition Co., Ltd., featuring a new model for a B2B professional exhibition on catering ingredients. Focused on enhancing user value, it employs a digital chain exhibition model to empower industries such as chain catering groups, ingredient circulation wholesale, and new retail platforms. This exhibition serves as an international window to showcase the level and cutting-edge information of China's catering supply chain development. It is also a centralized platform for the latest products of the entire catering raw materials industry chain in East China and across the nation.

Scheduled for March 4-6, 2026, the exhibition will be held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai Hongqiao), covering an area of 120,000 square meters, making it a flagship global exhibition for catering ingredients. The product range encompasses: prepared dishes and cooked foods, seafood, meat and poultry, condiments, rice and flour oils, hot pot ingredients, frozen foods, clean vegetables and fruits, and food machinery, covering almost all areas of the catering ingredient industry chain.
